Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookies

What You Need:

2 sticks of room temperature butter

2/3 Cup brown sugar

2/3 Cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

2 tablespoons vanilla extract 

3 cups plus 1 T flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

1 teaspoon baking soda 

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup crushed pretzels

A sprinkle of coarse Sea salt (for top of cookie)

What to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix- butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla until well blended. Slowly add in- flour, salt, cinnamon & baking soda (don’t over mix...mix until JUST blended). By hand- stir in chocolate chips and pretzels until

Evenly incorporated. 

I use a cookie scoop and scoop dough onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10-13mins.

Finally, Eat them all in one sitting. Jk. But you’ll want to.
