Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
What You Need:
1 1/2 cups (more or less whatever you like) Shredded/pulled chicken (I use a rotisserie Chicken)
8oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 stick of unsalted butter at room temperature
About 3-5 TBLS Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo wing sauce to taste
2-3 diced green onions
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla chips and/or crackers for serving
What You Do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese and butter. You can use a spoon or a hand mixer. Add in chicken, green onions and Franks Red Hot Buffalo wing sauce and stir until combined. Transfer Mixture to an oval or 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 mins, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and dip is warmed through. Serve warm with chips and crackers. THEN proceed to make another batch cause you, your friends and family will have it eaten in approximately 3 minutes ;)
