Cheesy Pull-Apart Holiday Wreath Bread
What You Need:
For The Dough
4 Cups Plus 4 Tablespoons Bread Flour
2 1/4 teaspoons instant or rapid rise yeast
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cup warm water (110 degrees)
What You Do:
Pulse flour, yeast, and salt together in food processor to combine, about 5 pulses. With processor running, add oil, then water, and process until rough ball forms, 30 to 40 seconds. Let dough rest for 2 minutes, then process for 30 seconds longer. (If after 30 seconds dough is very sticky and clings to blade, add extra flour as needed.)
Transfer dough to lightly floured counter and knead by hand to form smooth, round ball, about 1 minute. Place dough in large, lightly greased bowl, cover tightly with greased plastic wrap, and let rise until doubled in size, 1 to 1½ hours. (Alternatively, dough can be refrigerated for at least 8 hours or up to 16 hours.)

To Make The Wreath:
What You Need:
2lbs Pizza dough
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
5 or so different herbs and/or cheeses, as coatings (such as fresh chopped parsley, chopped dill, chopped almonds, grated Parmesan, and shredded cheddar)
What You Do:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously grease a 9- to 10-inch Bundt pan with butter, or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Stir garlic salt into melted butter. Form dough into 2 inch balls. Dip each dough ball in butter, then roll in desired coating. Arrange balls in the pan so that the various coatings are alternated.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until dough balls are done and surface is golden. You may want to start checking bread at about 25 minutes, and if it's browning too quickly, lay a sheet of aluminum foil on top for the remainder of the baking time.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Run a thin, soft rubber spatula around the edge and down the sides of the pan to loosen any stuck cheese. Invert onto a plate, then lay serving platter on top and flip bread over onto serving platter so that the attractive side is on top.
Serve with warm marinara Sauce to dip! Enjoy!
